Wajeeha Fatima Javed is the Program Coordinator for the BBA Program, SZABIST Karachi. She has also been the Program Coordinator of two affiliated undergraduate programs, the BA-BS Program in affiliation with the University of Wales at Newport, and the Advanced Diploma in Business Management offered in conjunction with the Australian Institute of Entrepreneurship at University of Swinburne, Melbourne.
She received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi. She has also read law at S. M. Law College, Karachi. Her last educational qualification is Masters in Management Sciences from SZABIST, Karachi.
After working as the Regional Business/ Sales Analyst for three years with the Pakistani subsidiary of Cable and Wireless PLC (Paktel Limited), she joined education management as an Assistant Director with one of the largest group of educational organizations of Karachi and then switched to tertiary level teaching in 2001. She is currently an Assistant Professor.
She has also conducted training sessions and workshops for service sector employees and organizations.
She is a Facebook addict; and in her non-office hours is a carer of 'orphaned' cats and also, is a personal shopper/ retail therapist. Her research areas are consumer behavior, wasteful consumption, buying addictions and media watch.
