I joined SZABIST in 2008 as senior faculty member and currently teaching to undergraduate and graduate students. The areas of my interest are Development Studies, International Relations and International Political Economy, Democracy and Democratization and Globalization.

As for my education, I did my masters in International Relations from Sindh University, Jamshoro and masters in Development Studies from the University of Manchester.

But I believe that education is continuing process, hence I am doing my PhD in International Political Economy and my thesis topic is “Impact of IMF Structural Adjustment Programme and its Impact on the Economy of Pakistan – 1988-2002.

Apart from my research, I regularly write articles for newspapers. So far I have written 60 articles, covering the subjects like economics, politics and education.

In addition to my normal duties, I am working as Coordinator for BS Social Sciences and Economics.
