Dr. Farooq-e-Azam Cheema did his Master in Public Administration from the University of Karachi and joined the corporate sector wherein he served at upper-middle management level for 10 years in the field of Human Resource Management & Development. In 1998, he did his Ph. D in Public administration and got engaged in the profession of HRM & D consultancy. Between the years 1998 and 2003 he taught as a visiting faculty in the local private sector universities as well. In 2003, he went abroad and did his MSc in Human Resource Management & Development from the University of Manchester. Besides, he remained engaged with the University for two years as a Research Associate. Recently, he has joined SZABIST Karachi as an Associate Professor.
